From concept to production-ready design, all under one roof.
Every fluted tray, insert, and partition starts with a design conversation. Our team works with you to measure your product, engineer the right flute geometry, and produce a sample for approval before a single production run begins. Since joining PackEdge in 2024, we’ve paired that process with in-house printing and die-cutting capability, so design, prototyping, and production all happen under one roof, in Connecticut.
Our Process

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to provide my own design files to get started?
No. Our team measures your product and engineers the flute geometry from scratch, then produces a physical sample for your approval before any production run begins. If you already have specs or drawings, we’re happy to incorporate those into the process as well.
